Steins Gate :- An anime absolutely deserving the tag of "Spacetime Odyssey"
The Plot:-
He indulges himself in his hobby of inventing prospective "future gadgets" with fellow lab members: Mayuri Shiina, his air-headed childhood friend, and Hashida Itaru, a perverted hacker nicknamed "Daru. But everything changes when Okabe sends a message to the past to save a girl named Makise Kurisu leading to the discovery of time travel.
This series consists of an evil organization SERN and different timelines all related to time travel to save his friends and leading to the devastating consequences which made Okabe think that why did he discovers time travel?
My Views:-
As being a physics lover, for me, this anime was totally out of the pack. The most interesting topic of all time “time travel” presented in such a way was definitely out of expectation. Though this was not the first anime related to time travel, there have been many and we all know it. But what got me on heels was the depth, they showed in this scientific ordeal.
The most amazing part is that the creators took hold of the plot from real-life incidents. May be many of you don’t know but according to sources, a man named John Titor claimed of being a time traveler and that he came from the future i.e. 2036. Though, predictions made by him didn’t come true.
Isn’t this astonishing. An anime adapted considering this event, though many claimed and argued that the total story and the character was all hoax.
Still, being an experienced Otaku, I would recommend this series to each and every person and there may be a chance that after watching this series, you might spark an interest in physics and still being one of the unsolved mysteries of the world “The time travel”.
